Dave has been general counsel of Apellis Pharmaceuticals since 2014. Previously, Dave was a member at Frost Brown Todd LLC, where his practice included equity finance, mergers & acquisitions, and securities transactions. Dave is a graduate of Harvard College (BA, magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa), Vanderbilt Law School (JD) and the University of Kentucky (MA, mathematics).
